The all-new PRIME STEAKHOUSE is now opened at The Magnolia Hotel & Spa. Located just off the lobby, it’s a steak lover’s paradise, with six cuts of steak gracing the menu. Chef Corless attributes the succulent flavour and tenderness of his bone in New York steaks to the on-site dry aging process and the kitchen’s Montague overfired broiler, which seals in the flavor and juice with a crisp crust. They bring in the finest cuts of beef from High River, Alberta aged for 21-28 days minimum.
